Recently CatholicCare facilitated a Creative Youth Competition for 10-18 year olds living in the Blue Mountains, where we asked them to be creative and send in original works.

In this series, we will be displaying the winning entries across the different age categories.

“I like to write stories and use my imagination. It takes my mind off all the things that are happening in the world. I also like to sing. I sing all the time and that makes me feel happy. Sometimes I like to sit at my desk and draw. I like to draw pictures from anime. Going for bushwalks with my family makes me feel free.”
