Become an Early Childhood Educator.

At Baulkham Hills Family Day Care we are experienced at helping people establish their own Family Day Care business and supporting them to operate successfully over the long term.

We support Educators in understanding the business, marketing and legal regulations, preparing you for changes, and helping you and your clients when they get sick or need a holiday.

Supported disability employment.

For people with a disability who need a little bit of extra support with their work, CatholicCare offers so much more than just a job.

You will become part of a workplace where you’re valued. Build friendships, learn new skills and have fun while you and your team care for and maintain people’s gardens.

Volunteering and giving back.

Like all other non-for-profit organisations, we need volunteers. Opportunities exist in all our services.

For example, you could volunteer to manage reception in one of our services, or you could be part of a group accompanying people with disabilities, and older people in the Blacktown area, to a social activity or on shopping trips.

My faith in God and my prayers were answered by the opportunity to work with Catholic Care Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. I’ve never in my life felt happier or more settled. Since joining HIPPY, I’ve become a passionate mother and partner. I appreciate every little gift because, realistically, we had nothing. Now, we have everything we could ever ask for – and more.

It’s the first time I’ve recognised that I have a gift to support others. I have a clean slate where I can help others to understand how to make changes. I couldn’t be more proud.
