We are currently seeking a Part-Time Client Care Officer in Western Sydney! If you are someone who has a warm and welcoming personality and want to make a real difference to people’s lives, then we want to hear from you! As the first point of call for existing and new clients, you will naturally put people at ease and comfortably talk with people in a range of circumstances and situations.
About the role
As the Client Care Officer, you will hold a critical role within the organisation as the first person new or existing clients connect with when they contact us.
You will support people to ensure they feel heard as they begin their journey with the organisation or as they continue to be supported by CatholicCare.
As a key member of a dynamic Client Care Team, you will effectively and efficiently respond to enquiries, making sure to connect people with the correct person or service to meet their needs.
You will provide timely and accurate advice as people connect with our organisation, drawing on your thorough knowledge of the sector and the organisation.
Excellent record keeping and filing is an important part of the role, as is your ability to work across a variety of communication platforms to respond to enquiries.
