About you

As the Coordinator of People and Culture, you will be someone who loves to multi-task.

You easily manage competing demands, while completing your work with a high attention to detail.

As the first point of call for the department, you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life and promote positive relationships between staff.

You work well both independently and within a small team environment.

You have the experience to take on a role with a broad scope and have a solid understanding of human resources policies and procedures.

About the role

Your role is key to the functioning of the People and Culture Department. As the first point of call, you will take all initial enquiries and confidently provide human resource advice.

Working to organisational and employment policies and procedures, you will be responsible for a broad range of recruitment activities along with training and performance planning.

As part of a small team, you will collaborate on strategic projects and continuous quality improvement opportunities.
